Chur, the staff were heaps friendly, but the noise from neighbours at night was a bit of a bother. It was a sweet stay, eh?

This is surely the best low budget hotel, responsive staff, brand-new rooms. It has quiet location very close to Astoria Shopping Center. And the area is very very nice near to the business district, and shopping center. It has plenty of meals to offer, the food is good!

The room was beautifully decorated, really nice bed. Overlooked city.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and brand-new with amazing beds. Very amiable and best staff as one would expect.

Chic and cozy stay

The staff were super friendly, especially Ms. Berna. The breakfast spread was great, and I really enjoyed the bar area for late-night snacks. The only hiccup was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty sometimes, but overall, it was a great experience!

Clean room, friendly staff, and a comfortable atmosphere contributed to a pleasant stay, with a highlight being the excellent breakfast spread that started the day well and the convenient location just a short walk from the nearest metro station for easy city exploration.

I had a fantastic stay with a room upgrade that came with stunning views and a cozy lounge, thanks to some friendly staff. The spa area was a real treat, especially the steam room and full body massage that left me feeling relaxed. The only downside was a bit of noise from the hallway, but it didn't take away from my overall great experience! 😊

The staff were very professional and were pretty good too satisfy guests. The hotel's location is perfect, away from city noise but close to public transport. I also loved the spa facilities.

Despite the appealing facade, the rooms are on the smaller side, and mine felt cramped with barely any space around the bed. I noticed the air conditioning was faulty, taking hours to cool down. The absence of essential toiletries like toothpaste was a bit of a letdown, though they did have an on-site market for such purchases. A late-night noise from the hallways made it difficult to get a decent night's sleep. Lastly, I found the selection at breakfast quite limited, and often the items were lacking compared to what you might find in local cafes.

The double room overlooking the city was lovely. the staff was very friendly and provided great service. - the hotel's location was quiet and conveniently close to Istanbul's business districts. - We enjoyed grabbing drinks at the Bosphorus Brewing Company, which was only 1 km away.
